To submit a complaint, email complaints@newpluck.com. Your complaint must include account details, date and time of the incident, and a detailed description of the issue. Attach screenshots or other evidence if available. We will investigate your complaint and provide a detailed response within 14 business days.
If you are not satisfied with our initial response, you may escalate the matter to our senior management. A final decision will be made within 30 days. If the issue remains unresolved, you may proceed to an independent ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) service, details of which we will provide.
New pluck management's decisions are final and binding unless overridden by ADR or regulatory authorities. All disputes are handled confidentially and your personal information remains protected. We always strive to find win-win solutions that are fair to both parties.
New Pluck reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if these Terms are violated or suspicious activity is detected. Players may also request closure of their account at any time.
If suspicious activity is detected on your account, new pluck may temporarily suspend it for investigation. During suspension, you will not be able to log in, place bets, or make withdrawals. Once the investigation is complete, the account will either be reactivated or permanently closed depending on the findings. You will be notified of the reason for suspension via email.
Accounts will be permanently closed for serious violations of these Terms, including fraud, multiple accounts, bonus abuse, or money laundering. Any bonuses or pending winnings in a closed account will be forfeited. However, your original deposit will be returned if it came from a legitimate source. Closed accounts cannot be reopened and creating new accounts is prohibited.
If you feel gaming is becoming a problem, you may request self-exclusion for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During the exclusion period, you will not be able to log in or create a new account.
